Tiered pricing keeps fees lower when you bring more assets to Fairview
Our pricing is tiered depending on the assets we manage for you. If you trust us to oversee more assets, the percentage we charge goes down.
Family-based asset total
Our fee is based on your entire family’s assets under our management. For example, if we manage $8 million for you, $5 million for your sibling, and $1 million for each of your three children, we determine pricing based on all the assets combined. This pricing often allows for discounts through fee breakpoints.
